How to get started

Step 1 of 4

Choose how you want to train

Prack Pilates teaches two ways to train in the same Kiama studio. The difference is how much personal guidance you get.

One-to-one, or shared with up to four

Personalised Studio Pilates

Your instructor shapes the session around you, using the Reformers and the wider studio apparatus. Choose this when you are new, returning after a break or want time to ask questions and understand each movement.

Group Reformer Pilates

Everyone follows a shared class program on the Reformer, with clear instruction and different levels of pace. Choose this when you feel comfortable on a Reformer and enjoy training with a group.

Step 2 of 4

Pick your session or class

Studio Pilates is booked by session type. Group Reformer is booked by class level.

If you chose Studio Pilates

There are no levels to pick. Book a private session for one-to-one attention, or a semi-private session to share the studio with a small number of people, each working on their own program. Your instructor meets you at your current starting point either way.

If you chose Group Reformer

Foundation
Choose this when you want a technique-focused introduction to group Reformer.
Tone
Choose this when you know the Reformer and want a controlled strength-focused class.
Sweat
Choose this when you are experienced and want a faster, more demanding class.
Men's Reformer
Choose this for a dedicated men's class focused on strength, mobility and control.

Step 3 of 4

Check times and prices

Class names, times and availability change, so the current details always live on the timetable. Current session, pass and membership prices are listed on the pricing page.
