Not suitable for beginners or clients with injuries.

Train in semi-private sessions capped at 4 clients, using the full Pilates apparatus (Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel etc) with individualised coaching throughout.

These private sessions use the full Pilates apparatus to build strength, control, performance, and long-term injury resilience. Every exercise is selected, adapted, and progressed specifically for you—nothing generic, nothing rushed.
Best for: injury management and rehabilitation support, pre-hab, performance training, and clients who want truly individual programming with complete instructor focus.
